Hello! I am a little behind ... I had to help my dad with my mom after her stroke ... so somehow I missed the first email ...but I am here and ready to go ... setting up this blog seems easy but lets see if it actually works!!
Just made my way thru the 3 tutorials on Marvel and one of our other teachers heard it. She praised Marvel highly!! So I am on my way!! I found the Marvel website easy to negotiate (so far!)
I went back and figured it out!! The program even reads it out loud to the viewer! The voice is a little mechanized but not bad at all! This will be a great benefit to my students who need to look up things but for whom reading the information is difficult.

Oh COOL!! It works!! My dad is overwhelmed caring for her but they have a lot of nurses and therapists visiting the house to help.

Checking out Britannica ... I thought I would find documents in a lower reading level but I seem to have missed a step.
